Tonight for our family night treat (and because we haven't gone camping ONCE this whole summer, AND because we're ghetto) we roasted marshmellows over our little barbeque! Our roasting sticks were down in storage, so we used skewers. I've got to give all the credit to Cory who came up with such a fun idea for just the two of us (he's really proud that he thought of it all by himself). Oh they were so so yummy and made me want to go camping! If we didn't live right next to the freeway we would have busted out our tent right then and there!
If you've never tried making them this way, its super easy and so yummy! Use Keebler shortbread cookies instead of the graham cracker and chocolate. Delish!
