We're just sittin here hangin' out on the bed watchin Veggie Tales and reading tons of books. Isaac hasn't moved an inch since we've been home and its really been kinda nice! I've cried more at home watching him be in pain than I did at the hospital sending him off. Its been super hard, but I know that kids heal fast and it will go away soon.
I thought I would share my favorite pictures from our adventure. He kind of looks like a girl- we know. But he'd make a cute one! (Cory thinks he looks like Makyla Runyan a bit, just with a larger head. Maybe?) I'm really said that I didn't get a picture with the cute British lady next door who just adored him!

Tryin' to get comfortable. Whatever works I guess.For a couple days we'll just be lounging about so if anyone wants to visit, you are more than welcome! I'm sure he gets sick of us!

Heather, Yeah that's so funny- shem and i have been talking about doing this a long time, and last night we talked about it really seriously. Then today I read her blog about it and it was exactly what Shem and I had talked about! So funny!

Isaac is such a cutie! Sorry I didn't know about the surgery earlier! I guess it pays to pay attention to blogs even while you're away! I'm glad to hear everything is going well though. Keep us posted!
That WOULD be boring...I hope you can savor each second of down time for when he is back up and going again!

What cute pictures! And Rick agreed right away that he looks like McKyla! At least we know that if they get married, they'd have such cute babies with bright blue eyes! Isaac can pull off any outfit though and still look adorable. If he ever needs some interaction or other people to look at, McKyla and I will be right over! Take care of yourselves! (and thanks again for the pizza, it was so awesome!)
Of course tell Isaac that we love him and we love the rest of the Bird's as well. I hope all is great and I wish we were down the street to come and visit. But for now we just send hugs and kisses.
