4th of July

Holy fourth! We had the greatest celebration weekend I think we have EVER had! We kicked it all off with a ward breakfast and bike parade. Isaac was super excited to decorate his bike, and totally rocked the flag! He also downed 5 pancakes, and played in the water balloon toss!

Later that day we were invited by some friends to a bbq which was probably our favorite part of the day. I didn't get many pictures because we were having too much fun!

Had to add this. I looked out the window and he was giving his daughter a pep talk!

Afterward we headed over to the city's celebration loaded with bouncy houses, face painting, a bubble tower, and lots of fun! Next year we'd love to stay longer than an hour, but we still had a blast!

And if we haven't done enough already, we surely couldn't forget the fireworks! We met up with our friends again and had such a great time. They boys (if you couldn't tell) were in love with the glowsticks I brought which kept them entertained until the real lights began.

(forgot to mention...Audrey would NOT nap after 1:30pm. This means she was up until 10pm!! Look at those red eyes with HUGE bags under them!)

This really was a memorable 4th of July for our family, and we're grateful to have such rad friends to spend it with! (Yes, even you Jeff!)

Isaac looks like he had fun, your cake was just like the one Michael made and sent me a photo of 'cause he was so proud and poor Audrey looks miserable. Silly girl. Can't wait to see you all!

Wow! You did have quite the celebration!!! We were such dead-beats! July holidays have never really been a family specialty! Good thing Mike and Candy had us over for a bbq or we really would have been lame!!! Oh, and I LOVE Audrey's red polka-dot shoes!!! Can't wait to see all of you!!! Oh, and one more thing..you look fab! Did you meet your goal of the 10 lbs?! Yeah, I totally lost 10 lbs in two weeks and then gained more than half of it back between Park City and the Shakespeare Festival. Not to mention eating out for almost everymeal besides seems how my parents' kitchen is all torn up!!! So, I'll be as fat as ever when we meet again (ha ha!)...dang it! Could you give me some of that willpower?!
