I'll just tell you now- this post has zero pictures of our new house. Sorry to disappoint. I just can't bare to take pictures of blank walls for you. So, until its completely decorated, you'll just get pictures of my cute kids instead :)
We're here in Arkansas and well! Loving the sunshine and the spring like weather. AND having a HOUSE with a backyard. My kids have taken more baths in the last two weeks we've lived here than they have in the past 6 months. No joke. But I love that they LOVE to be outside!
The kids and I flew out here on the 15th, and previous to that my mom and dad were in town (looking for a house in CO!!) and were able to entertain the kids while Cory and I packed/wrapped up a few things. It was marvelous! (To see pictures of it/read more go here. Too lazy to copy pictures to my computer)
We had two flights, and both went fairly well I must say. No one got lost, at least! We scored with a great hotel and even greater rental car (got upgraded to a brand new Kia Sedona, which I fell in love with!) for the next couple days while we waited for Cory to come in with the truck.
Poor guy left Thursday morning at 9am and didn't make it in to town until 4am!! He had had a long night before with cleaning and packing, trying to get all our junk to fit in a too-small uhaul.
Luckily he got it all to fit, minus the kids slide, which they haven't even mentioned since we've moved in.
Most of the boxes are unpacked now and we're slowly finishing off the last handful. Decorating has commenced, and so have my late night addictions to pinterest finding ideas. Decorating a house takes MUCH more work than a teeny apartment!
The kids and I have filled our days with lots of errands, playing outside, and meeting a few new friends. Cory seems to enjoy his job so far, and we love that he is close enough that he can come home for lunch.
And #3 is doing well too! Over half way there! We have an ultrasound in just over a week to see how he/she is growing. Not going to find out whats inside though! The score around here is boy:3, girl:1. So come July we'll find out who's right!
