Tonight as we were driving home from crashing our old ward's Trunk or Treat I let the kids eat candy on the 30 minute drive home.
It was 7:15ish pm so it was dark and Isaac asked if he had to go to bed when we got home.
I told him no because he had taken a nap so he could stay up.
Seeing how dark it was outside he thought it was sooo late (for this reason I haven't taught him how to tell time!) and was thrilled with my answer. Then I hear "This is the bestest day of my life!"

I didn't see their costumes in all the commotion last night -- I love 'em!! My boys think Isaac's "Angry Bird" is especially awesome (me too!) Glad to see you last night, if only for a few seconds in the hall. :-)
