On Thursday we went to Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock (where Goonies was filmed!). Unfortunately, it wasn't the nicest day to go because the clouds would just not go away! It was still fun to play in the sand and get your toes wet in the cold water and it was just good to be back in the Northwest again. We went to eat at this cute little cafe and I got fresh clam chowder! Yum!

The seagulls would just not leave us alone! They knew we had food and kept coming over to bug us, and they would hover about 2 feet over your head, just waiting to swoop down and take your food from you! It reminded me of kind of a mix from Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" and the Finding Nemo seagulls..."Mine, Mine, Mine!"
Hannah and Cory ran around the beach the entire day together! She sure loves him and I just adore this picture because you can tell!

My little monkey girl. Although she can be really (really) frusterating, she sure is fun and has tons of energy! She reminds me so much of myself at 5, and I don't know if thats a good thing, or a bad thing :)
