now we're snowed in! Its been fun to do nothing, and be inside with my family.
Right now we're visiting family in Vancouver WA, which is near Portland Oregon. Growing up here, if it snowed an inch school was canceled, and we loved it! With the recent snow storm Cory has had a hard time understanding our way of dealing with the weather. The roads are hardly plowed, all flights have been canceled in and out of PDX, freeways shut down, work/school/shows/church canceled, and the only thing on the news is the same three stories about the weather! There's about a foot of snow outside, combined with slight freezing rain, and another storm is expected soon.
Hope you all are enjoying the snow wherever you are (except if you are in Bakersfield and its 55 degrees!) and enjoying the time with your family! Go make some cookies!

You are so cute and great picture! It is funny that we don't have a clue here in Washington or Oregon when it comes to snow but tell Cory...we just don't get enough of it...EVER(except this week) to make an effort:) I am going a bit crazy over here, just grateful I have enough food to keep the kids fed and happy! Hope none of my animals die!
duh... could your family picture get any more perfect.. i think not! hope you all have a great christmas!! if we ever get rid of this snow we all need to meet up and hang out before you guys leave! :)
