We have been so blessed lately and I have been SO behind at sharing all that's going on.
A month ago we were introduced to Debra, a lady who lives in our apartment complex who was investigating the church. We instantly became good friends, and enjoyed her journey as she discovered the happiness that the gospel brings. This past Friday she was baptized as a member of our church, and we were so honored that we could be there to share in her special day!
She has been a huge blessing in our lives, and we know that we were lead to the place we live for a reason- her. We love her (and Jake!) as family!!
The sister missionaries who have been teaching her. It has been great to be a part of the discussions, and to see missionaries in action. I always wanted to serve, but was snatched up by a cute boy first :)
And the kids were there too...and dang cute if I do say so myself. Until a little boredom set in, and some screaming/whining ensued. But its been fun watching them take all this in, and as Isaac tries to understand it we've had great learning opportunities. Yes, we are so blessed!

I know Sister Sorensen!! I worked with her mom In Utah at Dr Call's office!!! Oh my goodness You have to tell her hi for me! ( This is Matt Apkens Wife PS!! haha.) Sister Sorensen is AMAZING huh!? Im so Happy she knows your family!I get Sorensen's Emails and madde the connection about Debra- Then when I saw the picture- I was elated!! So....tell he i said Hi and ADORABLE hair cut!!!
