Oi, what a long few days it has been! I fear that I'm loosing my mind more than I did during pregnancy. Is that possible?
But, thanks to my GREAT husband, I am sipping on a warm cup of peppermint hot cocoa, eating a gigantic sugar cookie, smelling the smells of mocha and occasionally people watching. I truly needed a break from life today, so my sweetheart sent me off to Barnes and Noble (conviently located right across the street from my apartment. I have a feeling that you will recieve more blogs from me while at this little piece of heaven) for a little R&R. Sweet isn't he?
We've made it safely and didn't hit anymore bad weather on the way. Isaac has been SUCH an angel this whole trip and is LOVING our new place. Its super spacious, and his room holds all of his toys, plus extra room. It's an old building (reminds me of Kelly and Amy's place!) but we enjoy it. We feel right at home because its located right next to a busy main road (our last place was right next to the freeway- hope you're enjoying that Erin and Matt!).
Cory seems to be enjoying work. He hasn't actually gotten to do anything that deals with accounting really. They've been keeping his busy transfering files and such (or something like that.) He looks super sharp (and HOT might I add!) and seems so grown up.
The apartment is coming together- slowly. I'm sick of unpacking frankly, and will probably wait until we get back from the holidays. Speaking of, we leave on another two day journey tomorrow. But hey, with gas prices the way they are, its MUCH cheaper than driving.
Well, I should get home and put my sleepy child to bed. Here are some pictures, kind of backwards. helping unpack. He LOVED the newspaper!

It's been a while since I've peeked in, but it looks like you guys experienced more snow than you ever wanted in all your driving this holiday!! I'm SO glad you made it everywhere safe! We missed you so much at Christmas, but know you had a great one with your fam! Hope you're enjoying that 55 degree weather!! Maybe I can talk Preston in to coming down for a couple of days. We'll see. Love and miss ya!
